Dr.Jose Rizal's Monument in Madrid,Spain
If you are Filipino and want to visit Madrid, one interesting place to visit is the monument of Dr Jose Rizal in Islas Filipinas. It was for the commemoration of the 100th year of Philippine independence from spanish colonization.I was really proud being a Pinoy when I visited the place and it was really overwhelming knowing that our national hero statue was there and even named the street to our country's name.
