The Gondolas in Venice,Italy

Venice is very known for it's gondolas.Gondola is one of the means of transportation in Venice.Venetian people use it until now eventhough there are lots of ferries available.It is practical to use gondolas especially in the small or petite canals where ferries couldn't pass.

When we were there,we didn't have the chance to ride it coz Alex was still young and moves a lot.We were afraid that Alex will have tantrums and will move a lot while riding the gondola.We just contented looking those numerous gondolas and their gondoliers passing through the canals.

Feeding the pigeons in St Mark's Square,Venice Italy

When visiting Venice,tourist usually go to St. Mark's Square or Piazza San Marco to see the St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace.And from that place you will also get to see the grand lagoon.

If ever you will visit the place,try to feed the pigeons.It's one of the attractions there.There are lots of them waiting for you to give them grains,biscuits and breads.If they think that you have some foods for them,they will immediately flock around you :)

Aside from the photos that we have with the Basilica and the palace,I also really like our photos feeding the pigeons.It was really an experience!

St. Mark's Square,Venice Italy

The main square in Venice Italy is the Saint Mark's Square or the Piazza San Marco.Here you can see the very known St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace.Usually this square is filled with people since it's the main landmark in Venice.

The beautiful Venice,Italy

One of the european places that I really would like to visit again is Venice.The place is so beautiful and it's easy to roam around coz you just have to hop a boat to another.If you talk about Venice,I am sure you will think immediately the very known Gondolas that pass through the small and grand canals.

When we were there it was almost the end of the summer,they were many people encore and the weather was so nice and warm!We had a great time visiting the St Mark's Basilica,Doge's Palace,Rialto Bridge and watching the gondolas.Too bad,we did not have a chance to experience to ride a gondola.

Hope someday we can go back there again.

Grand Canal,Venice Italy

These are the photos we have taken in the Grand Canal of Venice Italy.It's the main way to visit Venice since it connects to the minor canals.The best way to see it is by boat.Just by passing the grand canal,you will see lots of beautiful buildings and different boats.

I tell you,it's really a beautiful place,so if you're planning to go to Italy,never forget to visit Venice.Too bad,we didn't have the chance to ride a gondola that time coz we were afraid that Alex still small and will move a lot in the boat.
